Just called Med Equip One in Bismarck. While on hold, I had very pleasant hold music. It is nice to know that you don't have to hold the phone away from your head while on hold. I complimented them on their choice and was told that they just got a new phone system installed, and she apologised to me for the hold music. I stopped her and explained that I really didn't mind. And to be honest it wasn't that long of a hold period, maybe 20 seconds. Excellent level of service. Hope they continue.
